• Centrum has new Staff providing CWIC services in Southwest Wyoming.

The new Wyoming EqualityCare Employed Individuals with Disabilities (EID) Program (also known as the Medicaid Buy-in Program) is now available.

• Eligibility Criteria
•     Must be employed
•      Resident of Wyoming & US of A
•      Meet Disability criteria based on Social Security guidelines
•      Between 16 & 65 years of age
•      $1,809/month maximum income (unearned income)
•      Earned income is exempt
•      No resource test
•      Monthly premium based on earned & unearned
•     Having other health insurance will not affect eligibiliy
•     Yearly review required
• Medical Services Included: Full Medicaid Benefits except LTC services
• Medicare premiums, coinsurance, & deductibiles are paid by EID program
